A very pretty antique (dated 1895) print depicting A young woman pulling off daisy pedals behind a stack of hay, with a young farmer looking over watching her. The print is an original color chromolithograph and is titled “He Loves Me Not” and is signed in the print from the artist “Harry Roseland”. It is marked on the upper left “Art Supplement to the New York Recorder, Sept. 29, 1895″ and on the lower left ” Copyright 1895 by The Knapp Co Lith, NY.” The print measures 16 1/4″ x 8 3/4″. It has a paper loss to the right hand upper quadrant but would be under a frame and an imperfection /tear to lower right on the paper. Check the photos. The print is very beautiful and would be lovely framed.
