Payment Policy

We prefer Paypal. Payment due within 7 days of purchase.

We offer combined shipping on multiple purchases made within a 7 day period. Please compare our total cost to see the value we provide.

Insurance is optional but recommended. We will not replace items damaged during shipment.

We do not ship until PAYMENT CLEARS.

Shipping Policies

Our shipping rates reflect the cost of doing business. They cover not only postage but the cost of tubes, tissue, labor, as well as, day to day operational expenses. We have the cheapest shipping/handling rates of any major poster/print vendor on ebay.

Please do not pay for items individually. If you do not know how to combine items contact us for a combined invoice.

Shipping is as follows:

16″ x 20″ Prints

USA: $5.75 plus $1.95 for each additional poster.CANADA: $6.99 plus $1.95 for each additional poster.WORLDWIDE: $9.99 plus $1.95 for each additional poster.

8″ x 10″ Prints

USA: $3.65 plus $1.95 for each additional poster.CANADA: $4.99 plus $1.95 for each additional poster.WORLDWIDE: $7.99 plus $1.95 for each additional poster.

Delivery Time

Items generally ship from OUR warehouse within 2-3 business days. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

We are not in control of the USPS. Once your item enters the mail stream it may take SEVERAL WEEKS to be delivered by the USPS.

The USPS delivery times in our listings are estimated by the USPS and are in addition to our packaging time. They are only estimates. Do not expect to have your items arrive within this timeframe. Most items arrive within 7-10 days so please give the USPS time before you email us regarding your item.

Refunds & Returns

We believe that our prints are of the highest quality for the price. It is our hope that you enjoy your art. If you are not happy we will refund your money.

Buyer assumes responsibility for damaged items if insurance is not purchased. Buyer agrees to pay return shipping. Items must be returned undamaged. Refunds will not be given if item cannot be placed back into stock. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt.

We prefer contact via email. We check our email every morning Monday through Friday. Keep in mind that we receive hundreds of emails per week and answer them in the order they are received. Please have patience. We do care and will get back to you ASAP.

We keep normal business hours Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm. We are not open weekends and cannot answer email on weekends or holidays.
