This work of art is a hand pulled serigraph. Serigraphy is a stencil process of printing using a silk, nylon or polyester screen stretched tight across a frame. The stencil is made by blocking some of the screen with non-porous material. A separate screen is made by for each color and the artist works with the printer and chromists to ensure the accuracy of the work.
